Precise Pools – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Precise Pools! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our site or services.
- Services Offered
Precise Pools provides swimming pool maintenance, cleaning, repair, and related services to customers in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, and scheduling.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any property that does not meet our safety, access, or service standards.
- Service Appointments & Cancellations
Scheduling: Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or through direct communication.
Cancellations: We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated cancellations may result in a service pause or fee.
Access: Clients are responsible for ensuring pool areas are accessible at the time of service. Locked gates, loose pets, or unsafe conditions may prevent service completion and may incur a call-out fee.
- Payment Terms
Payments are due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
We accept digital payments via [Venmo, Square, QuickBooks Payments, etc.], and other methods as listed on our site.
Late payments may be subject to a 5% late fee per month.
Unpaid balances after 60 days may result in suspension of service and referral to collections.
- Customer Responsibilities
Ensure pool water levels are maintained to prevent equipment damage.
Notify us of any known issues, unusual pool behavior, or chemical additions performed outside our service.
Maintain safe access to your property, including any required permissions from HOAs or property managers.
- Chemical Use and Water Testing
Precise Pools uses industry-standard pool chemicals and conducts water testing using calibrated tools. While we strive for precision, variations in chemical levels may occur due to weather, water use, and environmental conditions.
Clients are responsible for informing us of any known sensitivities to pool chemicals or materials.
- Service Reports and Communication
Clients may receive digital reports or service notes after each visit, including chemical levels and any issues found. Communication is typically handled through email, SMS, or your preferred method.
- Limitation of Liability
Precise Pools is not liable for:
Pre-existing damage to pool structures, equipment, or surrounding property.
Damage caused by failure to follow recommendations, delayed repairs, or lack of access.
Accidents or injuries occurring on-site, unless caused by our direct negligence.
Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for services rendered.
- Website Use
You agree not to use the Precise Pools website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that may impair site functionality. All content on the site — including text, images, and logos — is the property of Precise Pools and may not be used without permission.
- Privacy Policy
