AGREEMENT
Weekly swimming pool balance, cleaning and maintenance includes:
- Pool water tested & balanced
- Pool Floor vacuumed & brushed
- Pool walls brushed
- Surface debris skimmed
- All baskets & bags emptied
- Filter Backwash if applicable
Customer Responsibility
- Maintain a working net, pole, hand vacuum & brush
- Maintain properly working pool equipment
- Maintain proper water level in the pool
- Ensure access to pool area at scheduled times
Chemical Usage
- Any Chemicals required to maintain a clean and safe swimming environment will be added as neccesary
- The Customer will be notified prior to the addition of any chemical
- Any chemicals delivered will be added to monthly invoice. Customers are welcome to store their own products
Equipment Upkeep & Repair
- Monthly & quarterly equipment maintenance is necessary for proper pool operation. This Includes if applicable: cartridge clean, D.E. grid recharge, salt cell clean. These services are available at additional charge
- Equipment will be inspected weekly and the Customer notified of any neccasary repairs. Any repairs over $100 will include a written estimate. Repairs will be scheduled upon approval
Weather Policy
- Visits will be rescheduled for the following Monday in the event of torrential rain, lightning in the vicinity, or temperatures below 32°F
- Full winterization is recommended if temperatures fall into the single digits, if the forecast predicts sub-freezing temps for over 100 consecutive hours, or if ice accumulation exceeds 0.25 inches
Pricing & Billing
- Service visits typically start at $45 plus Chemical, depending on pool size, location, and condition. Contact us for a custom quote—no pressure, no hidden fees
